The Firm was originally formed in 1993 when Charles E. King and Richard G. Peterson decided to merge their two successful practices. At that time Michael W. Reagor was an associate attorney with Mr. King. In 1998 Lewis W. Dymond, Jr. joined the firm. Shortly thereafter Mr. King became the Dean of the Business School of Colorado Christian University. On January 1, 1999 the Firm was restructured and Richard G. Peterson, Lewis W. Dymond, Jr., and Michael W. Reagor founded King · Peterson ·Dymond, LLP, now known as Peterson · Dymond · Reagor, LLP. In 2001, David Schlachter and Douglas Colville joined as partners. In 2005, David Schlachter became Of Counsel.
