Ashley Chagnon has relocated to Texas with her husband Pax as they look forward to the birth of their first child, a girl! Ashley is now of counsel with PDR and continues to assist in the area of trademark prosecution and intellectual property law.

February 2006 PDR associate Ashley Chagnon is working with the Colorado Marriage Coalition, a group supporting efforts to amend the Colorado Constitution to define marriage according to traditional values.

Michael Reagor was interviewed on the Sunday morning show, Praise Him, on KUBC 580, Montrose, Colorado, on the topic "what is a Christian lawyer".

Attorney Michael Reagor successfully tried an accounting malpractice case to a Denver jury in 2003, involving the largest accounting firm in Colorado. The jury award was over seven figures.

Attorney Michael Reagor successfully tried a wrongful death suit to a Mesa County, Colorado jury in 2003. The case involved the death of an 86 year old lady and injuries to her husband, and liability was contested by the defendant.

Attorney Doug Colville was elected president of Kiwanis of Denver for 2003 to 2004. Colville has served on the Board of Kiwanis of Denver since 2001.
